  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier partner, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Partners

  • We use trusted third-party logistics and courier partners for order deliveries.

  • Siri Kitchen is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners once the order is handed over for shipping.


4. Delivery Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses.

  • Siri Kitchen will not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any additional charges levied by courier partners are beyond the control of Siri Kitchen.


6. Delays & Exceptions

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Delays may occur due to public holidays, natural calamities, strikes, or courier service disruptions.


7. Damaged Shipments

  • In case of damage during transit, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with proper photo or video evidence.

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed only after approval from the logistics partner.
